20 Activities to Keep You Entertained During Quarantine

The current health crisis has forced everyone to stay at home. While this may not be normal for many of us, this is the best thing we can do to prevent the spread of the virus. Quarantining can be a mental challenge as it is a physical challenge. However, with the right kind of mindset, you can use this time to reflect, recharge and reconnect.

Avoid cabin fever by keeping yourself entertained while you are at home. Here are 30 activities you can do during quarantine:

1. Catch up on reading.

You probably have a pile of books that you’ve been dying to read. This is the perfect time to catch up on your reading. How about an old classic novel? Or a dystopian story to keep things more interesting.

2. Do some cardio.

No gym, no problem! There are countless of online workout programs that you can access for free. Exercising will also produce serotonin, a.k.a. “happy hormones” that will help keep your anxiety levels down.

3. Organize your home.

Since you are going to be spending a lot of time at home, why not keep your space lean and organized? Do it one room per day and make it a fun activity for the whole family.
